
Purchase(s) are mailed First-Class Mail with tracking via the United States Postal Service (USPS) within 5 (five) business days (M-F) from the date of your purchase.
All orders placed after 3:00 pm Mountain Standard Time (MST) will be mailed within 6 (six) business days (Monday thru Friday) from the date of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after making a purchase. Once your package has been dropped off at USPS, delivery times are out of my hands.
First-Class Mail has an expected delivery of 3 business days or less but may take longer depending on your delivery area and unforseen postal issues. After your jewelry has shipped you may track the progress of its expected delivery through the USPS.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me immediately so we may resolve the matter. My goal is to make sure my customers are pleased with their purchases from FastHound Creations.
I will gladly accept exchanges. If you decide to exchange an item, please contact me at contactme@FastHoundCreations.com within 5 days of receipt of your item. Next, you will need to mail the item(s) back to me within 7 days of delivery and I will apply the purchase amount toward another item(s) of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for all shipping charges and any difference in costs for new items of greater expense.

Returns are not accepted unless an item has a defect in which case I will gladly repair or replace the item. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order at contactme@FastHoundCreations.com

The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not consider a domestic package to be lost until after 30 days. International orders are not considered lost until after 6 weeks.
If your tracking info is not updating, or shows a delivery for which you have not taken possession, please contact USPS for help tracking it down and also email me as well at contactme@FastHoundCreations.com. I will do what I can to assist you in retrieving your package. However, once it leaves my hands at the Post Office, I am no longer in control of its progress to your destination.
